Progressive Cattleman's interviews and excerpts from the Texas A&M University Beef Cattle Short Course, held Aug. 2-4, 2010.

The first video features interviews with Dr. Rich Machen, an extension specialist with Texas Agrilife and Texas A&M professor, on the development and history of the Texas A&M University Beef Cattle Short Course and its role in southwest beef production, along with interviews with local producers about what they learn in the short course.
