Change is always around us in the beef industry, and 2021 had its share of turns, dips and uphill climbs. Transition in the nation’s capital, heat in the West, growth in beef demand worldwide and more dollars out of consumers’ wallets – these were just a few of the biggest news items from the past year.
Once again, 2021 was a busy year on the agricultural law front. Many of the issues we discussed last year are again front and center this year.
