This will give Superior a weekly auction for buyers and sellers to take advantage of the most current market conditions. Superior and Superior Stampede are two of the premier Internet cattle marketing companies in the nation. The focus of the transition will be to conduct a weekly auction for producers and continue to create a competitive marketing tool through the most innovative technology.

The Stampede Internet Auction will be utilizing the new "Click to Bid" real time auction format. Stampede Click-To-Bid's first auction will be Friday, Oct. 22, with an auction every Friday that Superior does not have a regular video auction. The contract deadline for Stampede Click-to-Bid will be Tuesday at 5 p.m. MDT the week of the auction. All contracts will be processed in Brush, Colorado. The first broadcast will begin at 9 a.m. CDT on Friday, Oct. 22 from the Superior studios in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Stampede Click-to-Bid Internet auction will operate similar to the Superior video auction, with the only differences being that it will be broadcast on the Internet and not on satellite and the catalog will be available only on-line. Stampede Click-to-Bid will also make available a phone bank for those buyers who wish to bid via telephone. All buyers will be emailed or faxed once the catalog is available to view online. The Superior Stampede Country Page listing will remain the same through the end of the year and will continue to be conducted through the Visalia, California office. end_mark
