Who has made the biggest impact on your career?
The list is long for those who have made a big impact on my career. First are the employers and colleagues with whom I have worked in each organization. They invested their time, knowledge and lives to teach me how to be effective at each job I’ve had in this industry. I also owe a great deal of appreciation to customers. I have called on hundreds of customers and prospects over the years, and I attribute a large proportion of my experience to their patient and humble guidance in many different aspects of the agricultural industry. All of these (along with my family) have helped to build a foundation for my career path.

How will you be of most help to producers in your region or area of expertise?
The broad range of experiences and knowledge that I have to draw from will ultimately bring value to the customers with whom I will have the opportunity to interact, but I also want to emphasize the solid team that I have to work with at Zinpro. We have a team that is second to none when it comes to scientific expertise in animal nutrition and chemistry, so I can bring an array of additional expertise to the customers that I call on.

Why did you choose this company?
Zinpro was an easy decision for me and my family to make. I have been exposed to Zinpro throughout my employment with feed manufacturers for many years, and I found this company’s approach to essential trace minerals different from other companies. My previous experience and involvement with the company made the opportunity something worth chasing after!

What goals would you like to accomplish while in this position?
The immediate goals I have in mind for my future employment with this company are simple: to increase awareness about the ability to improve the wellness and performance of animals from using Zinpro-branded trace minerals in animal nutrition. The research that I have studied so far is impressive and worth spending my time proclaiming! I truly want to bring business and nutritional solutions and profit opportunities to the customers I call on, and I believe that this company provides the tools and products to achieve this.  end mark
