In a recent poll, Progressive Cattleman asked, “What changes have you made in horse management in the past two years?”
As stated earlier, the majority of readers made no changes. Twenty-nine percent of readers said that they don’t use horses on their operation. A few readers (21 percent) bought more horses, and only 13 percent of readers sold off their horses.
