With legislation addressing this issue on the docket in Washington, D.C., Progressive Cattle asked readers where they stood on mandated cash price.
Just over half of the respondents indicated a mandate would take hamper producers' choices in marketing their cattle. Half of the remaining pollsters voted in favor of a cash price mandate, and the remainder chose the "undecided" response.
