The new trustees are Joel Cowley, Houston; Emanual Glockzin, Jr, Bryan; Barron Hobbs, College Station; J. Frank Monk of Bellville; Tommy Neyland, Centerville, and Jake Paine, Cedar Park.

"We are very pleased to have these individuals join the board," said Jim Reeves, the board's executive director at College Station. "Each brings to the board a unique talent, but like the other trustees, all share a common love for 4-H and for helping the state's youth succeed on many levels."

The 4-H foundation's mission is to develop support from the private sector for 4-H educational programs and activities.

Texas 4-H is the youth component of the Texas AgriLife Extension Service.
