In a recent online poll, Progressive Cattleman asked, “How far would you travel for a custom feeder?”
Twenty-nine percent of readers said they’d travel 100 to 200 miles for a custom feeder, and only 24 percent said they would travel 200 or more miles.
The majority stays fairly local. Forty-seven percent of readers said they would travel only 50 to 100 miles for a custom feeder.
